How do I redeem my Shell Fuel Rewards® savings?
Shell Fuel Rewards® members may redeem their rewards at a participating Shell station by using a Fuel Rewards® card, Alt ID, or a debit/credit card linked to Link & Save™.
At the pump, press "rewards" then swipe your Shell Fuel Rewards® card or enter your Alt ID. You may now swipe your debit or credit card and the discount will be applied to your transaction. For debit or credit card linked to Link & Save™, simply swipe your card and your discount will automatically be applied to your transaction.
For inside transactions, kindly inform the attendant that you would like to use your Shell Fuel Rewards® so they may assist you in applying the discount to the transaction.

You can also redeem your discounts using your Shell App. Just make sure that your fuel rewards account is linked with your Shell Pay and Save account.

You can earn and use Shell Fuel Rewards® savings on every fill‑up, and there is no limit to how much you can save per gallon. However, there are a few important details to keep in mind:
- Per‑transaction limit: Discounts apply to up to 20 gallons per fill‑up at participating Shell stations.
- Minimum price: Some stations may set a minimum price per gallon after discounts.
Example:
If you have $1.50/gal in Fuel Rewards® savings, you can save up to $30 on one fill‑up ($1.50 × 20 gallons).
If Your Savings Are Higher Than the Price of Fuel
When your Shell Fuel Rewards® savings are greater than the price per gallon, the remaining balance rolls over to your next fill‑up.
Example:
If fuel costs $3.50/gal and you have $4.00/gal in savings:
You’ll pay $0.00 per gallon on that fill‑up.
The extra $0.50/gal automatically carries over to your next fill‑up.
