The Shell App will now be the one, centralized place for Shell® Fuel Rewards® members to view and earn savings!
You will no longer need the Fuel Rewards® app to earn or view your account information.

It’s easy! Just download the Shell App and log in using the same email and password associated with your Fuel Rewards® account. Do not delete your Fuel Rewards® account, otherwise your rewards will not transfer.

No, the Fuel Rewards® app will no longer be available for use by members. But, all the same functionalities and features are now available in the Shell App. Be sure to download the Shell App and log in with your Fuel Rewards® email and password to continue seeing your account information (status, savings, receipts, offer progress, etc).

No! Do not delete your Fuel Rewards® account when you move over to the Shell App, otherwise your account and rewards will not transfer. Make sure you use the same log-in information associated with your Fuel Rewards® account. Once you do that, you can uninstall the Fuel Rewards® app.

To improve your experience at Shell, the Shell® Fuel Rewards® program is centralizing to one app to make it easier for customers to earn, view, and redeem their savings. Everything you use today will continue, but now in one convenient app.

All of your favorite ways to save will be available in the Shell App, including Dining, Link & Save, In-Store Rewards, Partner Offers, App Only offers, T-Mobile Tuesday, etc. Check out more ways to save here.

As long as you use the same email and password associated with your Shell® Fuel Rewards® account to log into the Shell App, all your loyalty information will transfer over automatically. Do not delete your Fuel Rewards® account, otherwise your rewards will not transfer.

As long as you use the same email and password associated with your Shell® Fuel Rewards® account to log into the Shell App, your savings balance will transfer over. Do not delete your Fuel Rewards® account, otherwise your savings balance will not transfer.

Yes, your linked credit/debit card will show when you log into the Shell App using the same email and ALT ID associated with your Shell® Fuel Reward® account. Do not delete your Fuel Rewards® account, otherwise your linked card will not transfer.

No, your Shell® Fuel Rewards® account will still exist and you can continue saving at the pump using your linked card or ALT ID. Going forward, the best way to continue seeing your account information (status, savings, receipt, offer progress, etc) will be via the Shell App.

Once you successfully log in to the Shell App using your Shell® Fuel Rewards® account information, you will be able to use the Shell App to view and redeem your rewards and will no longer need the Fuel Rewards® app So yes, you can uninstall it! But, do not delete your Fuel Rewards® account, otherwise your rewards will not transfer.
