How does the Shell App work at the Pump?
Arrive & Open App:
Pull up to a Shell pump and open the App.
Pay at Pump:
After clicking on the "Pay" button, select the "Pay at the pump" option and enter your pump number.
Authorize:
Confirm your payment details (linked card, Apple Pay, etc.) with your PIN or biometric ID.
Fuel & Go:
The pump is activated. You fuel up as normal. Your Shell® Fuel Rewards® savings are applied automatically.
Receipt:
You receive a digital receipt in the App instantly.
