Houston, TX - March 2026 - Shell Fleet Solutions announced a strategic partnership with Hightowers Petroleum Company (HPC), to help enhance Shell’s enterprise fleet offering across the United States.
Through this partnership, Shell Fleet Solutions will expand access to a broader national fuel discount network, Hightowers Advantage, complementing Shell’s proprietary network, trusted brand, and enterprise account management model. The collaboration brings together Shell’s scale and expertise with HPC’s merchant funded discount network and certified minority owned supplier credentials.
