Tropical Storm Alex - Update #2

(This information is up-to-date as of (10 a.m.) Central, June 27, 2010.  Further updates will be provided as needed.)

Shell will continue evacuations from our Southwestern Deepwater Gulf of Mexico operations today, bringing another approximately 35 personnel to shore.  The total number of evacuated personnel is approximately 430 for this storm event, with 1100 remaining offshore. 

Given the evacuation of personnel and forecast track, we have shut in production from our subsea production that flows to our Auger and Brutus platforms.

We will continue to monitor this system closely and respond to further developments.
