(ISSUED at 12:30 PM CST) The Shell Mobile Refinery is running normally. Rain, storm surge and winds from Hurricane Sally had only minimal operational impact. Site employees and contractors have been notified to report as usual today, Thursday, September 17, 2020. No additional updates will be issued.
