Additional acknowledgment is given to campaign leadership efforts that helped engage local businesses and donors. Overall, the campaign reflects strong community collaboration, generosity, and lasting impact across St. Charles Parish.

United Way of St. Charles celebrated a successful 2025 fundraising campaign during the Annual Victory Celebration held recently at Ormond Manor. The organization announced a total of $3,781,540 raised to support the programs and services that improve lives throughout St. Charles Parish.

Shell Norco was honored for contributing $1,561,126 to non-profit organizations in 2025, and for its workplace campaign as one of the top ten in the parish. Outgoing VP Tammy Little was recognized with a special award for her continued support of the United Way and “for stepping in before we had time to panic … and saving our butts more times than we can count.”

“We are deeply grateful to every donor, every volunteer, and partner who made this campaign a success,” said UWSC Executive Director John Dias. “This achievement reflects the power of a community coming together with a shared purpose. Every dollar raised represents hope, opportunity and a stronger future for our neighbors. The impact of this campaign will be felt throughout our community in meaningful and lasting ways.”

Norco Contractor Management Manager Gerald Flood was also honored for serving as a 2025 UWSC Campaign Co-chair. As a member of the campaign team, Flood visited area businesses and government entities to thank them for participating in UWSC fundraising efforts and to answer questions about the organization’s efforts. “While we were looking at ways to increase yearly goals, we were met with excitement and community camaraderie,” he said. “Knowing that people care and are willing donate to the United Way with financial backing as well as their time, is a personal inspiration - I take my commitments to the campaign seriously.”

Funds raised during the annual campaign support a network of diverse partner agencies and initiatives focused on education, financial stability, and health across St. Charles Parish.

“Knowing that people care and are willing donate to the United Way with financial backing as well as their time, is a personal inspiration,” said Flood.
