Training Courses and Enrollment

RTC looks forward to working with you to ensure all your training requirements are met.

Training operations and booking management at RTC are delivered in partnership with RelyOn, a globally recognized safety and competence provider. RelyOn manages course administration and scheduling, providing streamlined booking processes, improved access to training, and enhanced booking visibility.

Together, Shell and RelyOn remain committed to developing a highly skilled, safety-focused workforce and continuing the center’s long-standing legacy of operational excellence.

We request that all new enrollment requests are submitted at least 24 hours prior to the class start date.

Cancellations & Rebooking:

  • ≥ 7 days’ notice: Cancellation is reimbursable. Rebooking costs will be transferred to an alternative date at no additional charge.

  • 6 - 2 days’ notice: Cancellation is non-reimbursable. Rebooking costs will be transferred to an alternative date at no additional charge.

  • ≤ 2 days’ notice: Cancellation or rebooking is non-reimbursable.

To avoid cancellation charges, a replacement delegate may be sent at no additional cost. Replacement details must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the class start date.

Enrollment is subject to the applicable terms and conditions for third-party training bookings.

Training Courses

The Shell Robert Training Center is dedicated to helping its customers achieve success by providing top-notch skills training, development, and technical consulting services. With a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness, the center is committed to helping its clients meet and exceed their goals. Our courses are available as on-site classes, e-learning or virtual classes.

Enrollment for Shell Personnel:

Enrollment for External Customers:

A wide range of courses are available as on-site classes, e-learning, or virtual sessions designed to provide the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in safety-critical industries. Lodging Reservations

Beginning January 1, 2026, lodging will no longer be included as part of a course tuition bundle and will be managed separately upon request. Local and state taxes will apply to all lodging charges, as mandated by law. These taxes may also be reflected in a separate invoice from your course tuition invoice. As a reminder, to reserve your accommodations upon booking courses, please send an email to rtc-lodging@shell.com with your name, course attending, and check in/out dates. NOTE: If you are a Shell employee and require lodging, it is expected for you to stay at RTC. Please consult your manager if you need to make arrangements outside of RTC.
