Training Courses and Enrollment

RTCC looks forward to working with you to ensure all your training requirements are met. The RTCC Learning Team is available to assist you with course information or enrollment questions.

Availability subject to change

We request that you please submit new enrollment requests at least 24 hours prior to the class start date. Any cancellation submitted later than seven days prior to the class start date may result in a full course charge. To avoid a late cancellation fee, a replacement can be sent in place of the cancelled student. We ask that you provide RTC with the replacement’s information 24 Hours prior to the class start date. Enrollment is subject to terms and conditions according to existing training agreement between Shell E&P Company and nominating company.

With a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness, the center is committed to helping its clients meet and exceed their goals.

Log in to Workday to self-register and/or see available courses and dates. If you do not currently have a Workday account, contact us at Training-History@shell.com

Lodging Reservations

All course tuitions include meals as part of your stay, and also includes lodging for all multi-day classes. Lodging is not automatically setup when you are confirmed for a class, so please do make a formal reservation request when lodging is needed. To reserve lodging, please send an email to rtc-lodging@shell.com with your name, course attending, and check in/out dates. NOTE: If you are a Shell employee and require lodging, it is expected for you to stay at RTC. Please consult your manager if you need to make arrangements outside of RTC.
