Shell aims to inspire young people to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM). Many countries still face a shortage of suitably qualified STEM graduates. Shell has responded by creating a global programme called NXplorers, which introduces future leaders to the complex and creative thinking needed to bring about positive change. We aim to encourage more than one million young people to join the programme by 2020. NXplorers is run by Shell and the global educational group Shaping Learning. To find out more visit the NXplorers website.
