Safety checks have been conducted at the Motiva Sewaren terminal, and as of this morning loading has resumed on gasoline and diesel racks. We continue to work around-the-clock to safely complete repairs at the Motiva distribution terminal in Newark, NJ. Inspections and damage assessments continue at Motiva terminals in Brooklyn and Long Island, NY, where a timeline for a return to operations has yet to be determined.

Shell’s ongoing focus remains to safely re-establish a steady supply of fuel to Shell-branded stations quickly and efficiently. We expect to see marked improvement in supply throughout the coming week with product now moving out of Sewaren.
