Bullseye Brewing Company
Mike and Tammy Druschel founded Bullseye Brewing Company in October 2023 with a clear vision: a true farm-to-glass brewery built for families as much as beer enthusiasts. Mike, a sixth-generation farmer, brings more than 20 years of experience in planting, growing, and harvesting grains—expertise that shapes Bullseye’s distinct approach in a crowded craft-beer market. The brewery’s full farm-to-glass story will be featured in 2026.
Tammy, originally from Butler County, draws on her background in restaurant management and food safety to run an inviting, community-focused taproom. After moving to New Brighton to join the family farm, she embraced both the land and the Druschel family; today, the couple is raising their two children there.
Bullseye specializes in craft beer but offers options for all guests, including seasonal cocktails and alcohol-free mocktails; reflecting its commitment to welcoming every member of the family.
