Continuous Air Monitoring System (CAMS) Data
A Continuous Air Monitoring System consists of one Photo Ionization Detector (PID) Analyzer and one Summa Canister. The PID Analyzer collects data continuously, reduces, and records data. If the applicable Non-Methane Non-Ethane Volatile Organic Compound (NMNEVOC) Action Level is exceeded, a solenoid valve actuates to fill a six (6) liter Summa Canister for 30-minutes and an investigation is initiated within 24-hours with the contents of the Summa Canister analyzed for “Chemicals of Potential Concern”.
