Shirley Yap, VP US West Coast and GM Puget Sound, will be appointed VP Deer Park & US West Coast with effect from 1 April 2020.
Shirley Yap, currently VP US West Coast and GM Puget Sound, will be appointed VP Deer Park & US West Coast with effect from 1 April 2020.
Shirley has over 25 years’ experience in asset and supply chain management roles and a strong track record of delivering positive safety, reliability and commercial outcomes, in a sustainable manner. Her leadership experienceincludes Europe Strategy & PortfolioAdvisor, Global Distribution HSSE GM, Refining Planning GM, and asset experiences at Los Angeles and Puget Sound Refinery. She is passionate in driving diversity and inclusiveness in the industry, she is on the Board of Advisors for Catalyst, a global non-profit Organisation working with leading companies to build workplaces that work for women, and she recently received the 2019 Career Achievement Award from the US Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE).
