Disabled driver fuel service
Filling up the car is one of the biggest challenges for disabled drivers – so Shell has joined forces with fuelService to offer disabled drivers assistance with refuelling.
Here’s how it works in four easy steps:
Download the fuelService app
Use the app to locate your nearest participating Shell station.
Ask before you go
Use the app to contact the station to check if they can help you before you make the journey.
When you arrive
Use the app to notify staff that you have arrived.
Choose how to pay
From the fuelService app, tap the yellow Pay at Pump bar to take you through to the Pay at Pump. Alternately you can pay by cash or card.

This service enables disabled drivers to ask participating gas stations for help before they go, so they have the confidence of knowing someone will be available to assist them after they arrive. Payment is easy too, with Pay at Pump mobile payment available at selected Shell stations.
