Dining Card Linking Terms and Conditions
By clicking "Link Card" you acknowledge and agree that (i) use by Excentus Corporation of the information you provide about your card to Excentus Corporation is subject to the terms of the Excentus Privacy Policy located at https://www.fuelrewards.com/privacy-policy/ (ii) Excentus Corporation will provide to Rewards Network Inc. ("Rewards Network"') your MasterCard card number and your FRN Account number in order for you to participate in the Dining program (iii) Excentus Corporation will provide to MasterCard your MasterCard card number and your FRN Account number to enable MasterCard to identify your account and provide the transaction information described below to Excentus for use with card-link enabled offers (iv) this card can be used to identify you as a Fuel Rewards program member in order to redeem rewards and pay for fuel in a single step.
If individuals in the same household share the same payment card number, redemption of rewards will be based on the card number, not on the individual card holder name. You also understand and agree that by linking your card, MasterCard will provide information to Excentus Corporation regarding transactions made with your linked MasterCard card at merchants who participate in the FRN program. Such information may include a unique user identification associated with your MasterCard account number, transaction amount, date and time and name and location of merchant. Excentus Corporation will use this information in accordance with and as described in the Excentus Privacy Policy: (i) to provide you with a reward and determine that you have met offer eligibility requirements; (ii) to communicate information to you regarding the reward, and (iii) to share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information about FRN Members with FRN-Account number in order for you to participate in the Dining program (iii) Excentus Corporation will provide to MasterCard your MasterCard card number and your FRN Account number to enable MasterCard to identify your account and provide the transaction information described below to Excentus for use with card-link enabled offers (iv) this card can be used to identify you as a Fuel Rewards program member in order to redeem rewards and pay for fuel in a single step. If you unlink your card account number(s) from your profile by clicking the Remove button under the My Cards tab, you understand Excentus will no longer request from MasterCard information relating to your MasterCard transactions from that card, and MasterCard will no longer share such information with Excentus.
