Bright, uplifting piano music begins to play.

The film opens on two men standing outside with high vis jackets and hard hats on. One points at an open folder whilst the other looks into the distance. There is a wind turbine in the distance to their left and bright blue skies fill the screen. The turbine turns in the background whilst they take a step forward and consult their open folder.
