Cajun Smoke Seasoning – Shawn Ledet
Shawn Ledet launched Cajun Smoke Seasoning after identifying a need for flavorful seasonings with less salt. Driven by a commitment to quality ingredients and bold taste, Shawn developed a product line that delivers authentic flavor without compromise. Cajun Smoke operates as a wholesale and direct-to-consumer business, supplying grocery stores and customers nationwide while continuing to develop new products. A major milestone includes securing placement in Rouses Markets, significantly expanding the brand’s reach. Looking ahead, Shawn aims to grow Cajun Smoke into a full-time, nationally recognized brand known for high-quality, low-salt seasoning products.

Diamond Marquee Grill and Catering, LLC – Lorraine Bradley
Lorraine Bradley built Diamond Marquee Grill and Catering from a lifelong passion for cooking and bringing people together through food. Inspired by the joy and connection that shared meals create, Lorraine has turned her talent into a growing catering company known for its heartfelt approach and personalized service. Diamond Marquee specializes in flavorful catering for a wide range of events, working closely with clients to design menus that reflect their vision and tastes. Since launching, Lorraine has achieved key milestones including generating significant revenue from a single event and investing in a food trailer to expand operations. Lorraine is currently working to grow Diamond Marquee into a widely recognized and trusted catering brand known for delicious food, professionalism, and memorable dining experiences.

MBS | The Woman Beyond the Cape – Pam Rivet
Driven by her personal journey of rediscovering identity through faith, Pam Rivet founded MBS | The Woman Beyond the Cape. Pam’s mission is centered on helping women reconnect with their purpose and confidence instead of defining themselves by external roles and expectations. MBS is a faith-based lifestyle and athleisure brand that offers apparel inspired by affirmations rooted in Scripture, encouraging women to embody truth in their daily lives. The brand has built a strong community presence through events, partnerships, and media recognition, supporting women both locally and beyond. Looking ahead, Pam is looking to expand MBS into a nationally recognized brand with conferences, retreats, and experiences that supports deeper connection and personal growth.

Supreme Italian Ice & Treats – Rashad Rainey
Rashad Rainey launched Supreme Italian Ice & Treats to bring something different to the frozen dessert market in the Bayou Region. Rashad was motivated to offer a healthier, allergen-free dessert option set apart from traditional treats. Supreme Italian Ice & Treats specializes in Italian ice, serving customers with a refreshing dessert designed to be both inclusive and flavorful. A major milestone for the business includes winning first place in the Bayou Region Incubator’s pitch competition and securing an agreement with the Terrebonne Parish School District. To continue his mission, Rashad plans to expand into a brick-and-mortar location and grow the business’ presence in more schools.

T2 Lawn Care, LLC – Tyler Washington
Tyler Washington founded T2 Lawn Care after discovering a deeper sense of purpose while working alongside his son. Inspired by the opportunity to build something lasting that could create generational opportunities, Tyler turned his purpose into a growing business rooted in hard work and self-sufficiency. T2 Lawn Care provides lawn care and landscaping services, including mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, gardening, and property cleanups, with a focus on keeping properties neat, healthy, and well maintained. A major milestone for Tyler was stepping into full-time entrepreneurship last year, marking an important step in the company’s growth. Looking ahead, he plans to expand into multiple Louisiana cities with branded trucks and crews serving customers across the state.

Throw Dat Dirt ATV Park – Stephanie and Louis Allen
Stephanie and Louis Allen created Throw Dat Dirt ATV Park to provide unique outdoor experiences for families in their community. Recognizing an opportunity to transform their property into a destination, they developed a private ATV riding facility and event venue. The park offers reservation-only riding experiences, equipment rentals, and space for events, attracting visitors from across the nation and beyond. One of their proudest achievements is mentoring local youth to help build and operate the business, creating both economic and community impact. Stephanie and Louis are looking to expand their event offerings and partner with nonprofits to provide ATV access and safety education for youth.

Queen Eats & Royal Treats – Tierney Royal
Tierney Royal, founder of Queen Eats & Royal Treats, is an entrepreneur and food creator who built her brand through catering, concessions, and community engagement. Driven by a passion for bringing people together through food, Tierney has grown her business into a recognizable presence across Louisiana. Queen Eats & Royal Treats specializes in Southern comfort food, signature desserts, and high-energy catering for events ranging from sporting venues to private gatherings. Through her work, Tierney continues to create memorable experiences while building a business rooted in faith, resilience, and community. Tierney plans to expand into a full-service Bistro & Bar, offering an elevated dining and entertainment experience.
