How do I log in to my Shell Credit Card account and pay my bill online?
You can access your Shell Credit Card account and manage payments by visiting account.imprint.co
Making a payment:
- Payments must be received by 11:59 PM (ET) on the due date to be considered on time.
- You can make payments online via the website, with ACH (bank transfer) being the fastest and most commonly used option.
- Autopay is available for added convenience, and scheduled payments can be modified up until the day before the scheduled date.
Accepted payment methods include:
- ACH (bank transfer)
- Autopay
- Bank Bill Pay
- Mailed check
- One-time debit card payment (available on the website only)
Please note that payments may take 3–5 business days to fully post to your account.

How can I apply for and activate a Shell Credit Card?
You can apply for a Shell Credit Card through the following options:
- Online: Visit myshellcard.com to complete your application.
- Shell App: Navigate to More > Wallet > Shell Performance Elite > Manage your account to apply directly within the app. (Ensure you are in the latest app version to see this option)
Who qualifies?
To apply, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid Social Security Number (SSN)
- Provide a U.S. residential address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted)
- Have a personal phone number capable of completing two-factor authentication
When can I start using my card?
- Upon approval and acceptance of your offer, you will receive a virtual card that can be used immediately.
- Your physical card will be mailed to your application address and should arrive within 7–10 business days.

To activate your physical card, call or text 'activate' to 888-427-0544 or visit account.imprint.co
