SHELL MOBILITY 2026 “FILL LUCKY” $100,000 SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. EVERY ENTRY IS NOT A GUARANTEED WINNER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Shell Mobility 2026 “Fill Lucky” $100,000 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal and current residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia (collectively, the “U.S.”) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at time of entry (or the legal age of majority in their state of legal residence, whichever is greater). Employees of Equilon Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US ("Sponsor") and its parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, participating advertising and sweepstakes agencies, prize suppliers, including but not limited to, those entities involved in the preparation of materials for, administration and/or execution of, this Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities") and their immediate family members (spouse, siblings, children and parents including step-relations) and/or those living in the same household of such employees (whether or not related) as well as Government Officials or Regulatory Authorities are ineligible to participate or receive a prize. The name of this sweepstakes, “Fill Lucky,” is a marketing title only and is not intended to imply, and should not be construed as, a lottery or gambling activity. This promotion is a lawful sweepstakes conducted in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable laws. No purchase, payment, or wagering of any kind is required to enter for a chance to win.

Potential Grand Prize Winner and each Potential Regional Prize Winner, defined in Section 4, are subject to determination of eligibility and verification by Sponsor or its authorized representative before any Prize, defined in Section 5, will be awarded. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable, federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. By entering in the Sweepstakes, all entrants (each an “Entrant”; collectively “Entrants”) and the Prize Winners, defined in Section 6, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and its authorized representative, which are final and binding in all matters concerning this Sweepstakes. Winning the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes starts at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on June 29, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on August 28, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer will be the official timekeeping device of this Sweepstakes. All times are Central Time (CT), regardless of entrant location. Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, or misdirected Entries, defined in Section 3.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes (each an “Entry”; collectively, “Entries”). 

A. Free Daily Online Entry Method: To receive one (1) Free Online Entry per day during the Sweepstakes Period (each an “Entry”; collectively, “Entries”), entrants must first scan the QR code at a Shell station pump, then using a smart-phone device, tablet or computer, access the Sweepstakes website (“Website”) your web browser. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online registration form and register in the Sweepstakes. During registration, each Entrant must provide their first name, last name, physical mailing address, email address, and daytime telephone number (optional), and check the boxes confirming they are twenty-one (21) years of age or older (or at least the legal age of majority in their state or jurisdiction of legal residence) for purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and agreeing to these Official Rules. Entrants, at their own option and discretion, may elect to “opt-in” to receive future marketing and promotional communications from Sponsor. Choosing to “opt-out” or “opt-in” will not affect Entrants’ chances of winning. All online submissions must be completed by 11:59 PM CT on August 28, 2026.

B. Bonus Entry with Purchase Method: To receive one (1) Bonus Online Entry per day with purchase during the Sweepstakes Period (each an “Entry”; collectively, “Entries”), by scanning a QR code at the Shell station pump, then using a smart-phone device, tablet or computer, access the Sweepstakes website (“Website”) your web browser. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online registration form and upload a copy of the original, retailer-identified and dated purchase receipt showing a qualifying Shell fuel purchase of five (5) gallons or more (each a “Qualifying Purchase”) (total gallons must appear on the receipt) made at a participating Shell location and register in the Sweepstakes. Each qualifying purchase receipt may be used only once to receive a Bonus Online Entry. Once a receipt has been submitted and accepted for a Bonus Online Entry, it is no longer eligible for use in this Sweepstakes, regardless of whether it is submitted by the same or a different entrant. During registration, each Entrant must provide their first name, last name, physical mailing address, email address, and daytime telephone number (optional), and check the boxes confirming they are twenty-one (21) years of age or older (or at least the legal age of majority in their state or jurisdiction of legal residence) for purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and agreeing to these Official Rules as well as check the box confirming they would like to upload a Shell fuel receipt with a minimum of five (5) gallons purchased. Entrants, at their own option and discretion, may elect to “opt-in” to receive future marketing and promotional communications from Sponsor. Choosing to “opt-out” or “opt-in” will not affect Entrants’ chances of winning. All online submissions must be completed by 11:59 PM CT on August 28, 2026.

C. Alternative Entry Method: If an Entrant does not want to visit the Website or make a Qualifying Purchase as set forth above, an Entrant alternatively may receive an Entry by legibly hand-printing in black or blue ink on a 3.5” x 5” card their first name, last name, physical mailing address, email address, and phone number (optional) and mailing the card with first class postage affixed to: SHELL MOBILITY 2026 “FILL LUCKY” SWEEPSTAKES, Offer #O2915, P.O. Box 809004, Houston, TX 77280-9921. Only one (1) Entry may be requested per postmarked envelope with a limit of two (2) entries per day. Mail-in submissions must be postmarked by August 28, 2026 and received by September 11, 2026 to receive Entry in the Sweepstakes. Illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, lost, late, misdirected, stolen, delayed, damaged, postage due, machine printed, typewritten or mechanically reproduced mail-in submissions will not be accepted. An Entrant’s submission of Entry by mail certifies that they (i) are satisfying all eligibility requirements set forth herein, and (ii) have read and complied with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

Limit two (2) Entries per person, household, and address (email and physical), regardless of entry method, per day during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor cannot guarantee this Sweepstakes will be available via all wireless carriers. Standard data plan rates may apply. Other charges may also apply. Entrants should check their mobile plan for rates and other details relating to participation in the Sweepstakes via mobile URL.

Entries not legitimately submitted in accordance with these Official Rules, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, are void. More than the stated number of allowable Entries per person and email address during the Sweepstakes Period is not permitted. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, and logins, cheating or fraud, through a sweepstakes club or similar entity, or any other unauthorized methods will void all of the Entrant’s Entries and Entrant will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. If Sponsor suspects that any Entrant has or appears to have submitted mass Entries, or Entries generated by an automated program, bot, script, robotic, macro or use of any other device that is prohibited, this will result in disqualification. All Entries shall become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Proof of Entry submission is not proof of its receipt by Sponsor. Only eligible Entries received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules will be accepted. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant in the Sweepstakes, the Entry will be deemed completed by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter in the Sweepstakes. The Potential Grand Prize Winner and Potential Regional Winners, defined in Section 4, may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All Entries will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, delayed, stolen, invalid, unintelligible, technically corrupted, garbled, or illegible Entries, which will be disqualified, or for any failure to capture Entries, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS: On or about September 16, 2026, Sponsor or its authorized representative will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Entries received to select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner (“Potential Grand Prize Winner”). Following that drawing, Sponsor or its authorized representative will separate the remaining non-winning eligible Entries received into five (5) store regions, as defined by Sponsor and set forth in section 15, and conduct five (5) separate drawings to select one (1) potential Regional Prize Winner per region (each, a “Potential Regional Prize Winner”) from the Gulf Coast, Mid West, Motiva, Northeast, and West Coast store regions, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules.

5. PRIZE, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE, AND ODDS OF WINNING:

A. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, a maximum of one (1) Grand Prize Winner and five (5) Regional Prize Winners will be awarded in connection with this Sweepstakes for a total of six (6) prizes. The “Grand Prize” consists of $100,000 cash for the confirmed Grand Prize Winner, with an ARV of $100,000. Each “Regional Prize” consists of “Free Fuel for a Year” awarded as Shell Gift Cards (physical and/or digital to be determined by the Sponsor) with an ARV of $2,500 and a total ARV of all Regional Prizes being $12,500. Shell Gift Cards are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. For purposes of this Promotion, “Free Fuel for a Year” is defined as a total of $2,500 in Shell Gift Cards, which Sponsor has determined approximates the average annual fuel cost for a typical consumer, per the Bureau of Labor Statistics and AAA. No additional compensation will be provided if actual fuel costs exceed this amount.

Shell Gift Cards are issued by and are the sole responsibility of Shell Oil Products US. Gift Cards may be used for purchases of Shell fuel and eligible merchandise at participating Shell locations in the United States and the District of Columbia. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law and may not be used to purchase other gift cards.

Gift Cards do not expire and no fees are charged for inactivity. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards will not be replaced. Gift Cards are not reloadable and may not be resold. Use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and any additional terms and conditions printed on the card or available at www.shell.us/giftcardterms. Gift Cards may be issued in physical or digital form at Sponsor’s discretion.

Limit one (1) Prize per Potential Grand Prize or Regional Prize Winner.

B. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all Prizes is $112,500.00. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded.

C. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received by Sponsor in the Sweepstakes in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Odds of winning a Regional Prize will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received by Sponsor for each region in the Sweepstakes in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in these official Rules. Any Prize or Prize notifications that are unclaimed, unredeemed, or returned as undeliverable will remain un-awarded.

D. All federal, state, and local taxes payable in respect of the Prize are solely the responsibility of the confirmed Prize Winners. Prizes do not include any other item or cost, fee, and other expense not specified in these Official Rules, and any such expenses are the sole responsibility of each Prize Winner. Any valuation of the Prizes stated above are based on available information provided to Sponsor at the time these Official Rules were published, and the value of the Prizes awarded may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.

E. Each Prize Winner agrees that their Prize is awarded “as is”, and pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to them, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. No assignment, transfer, or substitution of the Prize, in whole or in part, is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the Prize, or a portion thereof, with a prize item or items of equal or greater value if the Prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason (including but not limited to any cancellations or delays), as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, without liability.

Any depiction of the Prizes or any element thereof in promotional and advertising materials in connection with this Sweepstakes is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual Prizes awarded.

6. HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE: Potential Winners are subject to verification of eligibility and confirmation of compliance with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules by Sponsor or its authorized representative, whose decisions are final and binding, before the Prize will be awarded. To be declared a “Prize Winner”, the Potential Winners must meet all eligibility requirements and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor or its authorized representative in their sole and absolute discretion. Potential Winners are not the Prize Winners unless and until the Potential Winner’s eligibility has been verified and they have been notified that such verification is complete, and any necessary documentation has been properly submitted to Sponsor or its authorized representative.

On or about September 16, 2026, Potential Winners will be contacted by Sponsor or its authorized representative, in their sole discretion, via email and/or telephone at the email address and/or telephone number provided by the Entrant to enter this Sweepstakes in order to notify them that they have been selected as Potential Winners and to verify their eligibility and compliance with all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Potential Winners will have five (5) business days to respond to this notification. Potential Winners must respond as instructed in the notification message. Entrants should regularly check their spam filters and voice mail messages to ensure they do not contain any Sweepstakes notifications. Failure to promptly respond to Sponsor’s notification may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Potential Winners will be required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility and a Liability & Publicity Release (“Winner Affidavit”), except where prohibited by law, within a time period specified by Sponsor or its authorized representative before being declared the Prize Winner and receiving the Prize. Potential Winners may be required to furnish other proof of identification and eligibility under these Official Rules, except where prohibited by law. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Potential Winners may waive the right to receive the Prize; or must be able to accept the Prize as awarded in its entirety or not at all. In the event the Potential Winner fails to provide all required information and/or documentation or execute the Winner Affidavit within the time period specified by Sponsor or its authorized representative; is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with all of the requirements set forth in these Official Rules; declines to accept the Prize; or cannot be reached at the email address and/or telephone number provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days after the first attempt by Sponsor or its authorized representative to contact them, their Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, to an alternate potential winner by random drawing from all remaining eligible Entries received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period until a final Prize Winner(s) is(are) declared. If a Prize notification is ignored, returned as unclaimed, or undeliverable for whatever reason beyond the control of Sponsor or its authorized representative, the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate potential winner in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor or its authorized representative shall not be responsible for failed attempts to notify Potential Winners and no responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or its authorized representative for any correspondence returned as undeliverable or any other problems associated with the attempt to notify Potential Winners.

Sponsor also reserves the right to and may conduct a voluntary background check on the Potential Winner(s), and such individual agrees to cooperate, to confirm eligibility and to help ensure that awarding the Prize to any such individual will not bring the Sweepstakes Entities into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Entities, or their respective brands, goods, or services, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event a Potential Winner refuses the voluntary background check, such refusal will cause forfeiture of the Prize.

Upon verification of eligibility and confirmation of compliance with these Official Rules, the Grand Prize will be mailed to the Grand Prize Winner’s home address or wired to a financial institution of the winner’s choosing. The Regional Prizes will be awarded as physical Shell Gift Cards mailed to the winner’s home address or as digital Shell Gift Cards sent to the email address provided on the sweepstakes entry form, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Entities to use the Prize Winner's persona, name, biographical information, opinions, voice/video recording, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, review, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY / INTERNET: PRIZE winner agreeS to accept the Prize "AS IS" and hereby acknowledgeS that SPONSOR AND/OR Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warrantIES, representationS, or guaranteeS, express or implied, in fact or in law, RELATING to THE Prize, including BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE QUALITY, MECHANICAL CONDITION, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR express warranties, if any, provided exclusively by THE PRIZE MANUFACTURER that are sent along with THE Prize TO THE PRIZE WINNER. Sponsor AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES ARE not responsible for any typographical, human or other error in the printing of Sweepstakes communications and/or collateral advertising materials, administration of the Sweepstakes, processing of entries, SELECTION OF THE POTENTIAL WINNER, or in the announcement of Prize winner or in any other materials or information associated with the Sweepstakes. IN NO EVENT WILL MORE PRIZES BE AWARDED THAN ARE STATED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES. If, through printing or production error, or for any other reason whatsoever, more prizes are claimed than intended and/or set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize by random drawing from all CLAIMANTS for the Prize. ADDITIONALLY, SPONSOR AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS RESULTING IN OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATIONS OR TRANSMISSION, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATIONS OF SWEEPSTAKES MATERIALS, OR FOR TECHNICAL, NETWORK, TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT, ELECTRONIC, COMPUTER, HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE, TELEPHONE OR OTHER COMMUNICATIONS, INCOMPATIBILITY, MALFUNCTIONS OR LIMITATIONS OF ANY KIND, OR INACCURATE TRANSMISSIONS OF OR FAILURE TO RECEIVE INFORMATION BY SPONSOR ON ACCOUNT OF TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, LOST OR UNAVAILABLE NETWORK CONNECTIONS, TELEPHONE CONNECTIONS, WIRELESS DEVICE CONNECTIONS OR TRAFFIC CONGESTION ON THE INTERNET OR AT ANY WEBSITE, HUMAN ERROR, OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF. IF FOR ANY REASON THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY ELEMENT THEREOF, IS NOT CAPABLE OF RUNNING AS PLANNED, INCLUDING INFECTION BY COMPUTER VIRUS, BUGS, TAMPERING, UNAUTHORIZED INTERVENTION, CHEATING, FRAUD, TECHNICAL FAILURES, OR ANY OTHER CAUSES, TECHNOLOGICAL OR OTHERWISE, WHICH CORRUPT, DISRUPT OR OTHERWISE AFFECT THE ADMINISTRATION, SECURITY, FAIRNESS, INTEGRITY, OR PROPER CONDUCT OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, BUT NOT OBLIGATION, TO CANCEL, TERMINATE, MODIFY, EXTEND OR SUSPEND ANY AND ALL ASPECTS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND PROCEED IN A MANNER IT DEEMS FAIR REASONABLE AND IN KEEPING WITH THE INTENT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING SELECTION OF THE POTENTIAL WINNER FROM AMONG ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED BY SPONSOR PRIOR TO SUCH CANCELLATION, TERMINATION, MODIFICATION, EXTENSION OR SUSPENSION. SPONSOR FURTHER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL IT SUSPECTS, IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO BE TAMPERING WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM AND SEEK PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASED PARTIES, DEFINED IN SECTION 8, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY ENTRANT’S ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING OF MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE WEBSITE. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties. Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” SUBJECT TO ANY WARRANTY PROVIDED BY THE OEM.

8. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: PRIZE winner agrees, by accepting THE Prize, and each ENTRANT agrees, by ENTERING this SWEEPSTAKES, TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT COMPANY, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DISTRIBUTORS, WEB DEVELOPMENT COMPANIES, ADVERTISING AGENCIES, (AND THEIR PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES), SWEEPSTAKES AGENCIES, PRIZE SUPPLIERS, social media platforms (including but not limited to facebook, inc.; twitter, inc.; instagram, llc; LinkedIn Corporation; AND/OR SNAP, INC.), AND ANY OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES PARTICIPATING IN THE DESIGN, ADMINISTRATION OR FULFILLMENT OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY THREATENED OR ACTUAL INJURIES, LOSS, COSTS, SETTLEMENTS (WHETHER OR NOT LITIGATION IS COMMENCED), OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO ANY PERSON, INCLUDING DEATH OR DISABILITY, AND PROPERTY, ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF the PRIZE, PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES - RELATED ACTIVITY WHETHER HOSTED BY SPONSOR OR A THIRD PARTY OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN PARTS THEREOF INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS, SUITS, INJURIES, LOSSES AND DAMAGES RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, DAMAGE TO OR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY, DEFAMATION OR PORTRAYAL IN A FALSE LIGHT (WHETHER INTENTIONAL OR UNINTENTIONAL), WHETHER UNDER A THEORY OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY OR OTHER THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ONE OR MORE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES. INDIVIDUALS COVENANT NOT TO SUE ANY RELEASED PARTY OR CAUSE THEM TO BE SUED REGARDING ANY MATTER RELEASED ABOVE; AND FURTHER COVENANT NOT TO DISAFFIRM, LIMIT OR RESCIND THIS RELEASE. A WAIVER BY SPONSOR AND/OR THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES OF ANY TERM IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF ANY OTHER PROVISION.

9. GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTES: By entering in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, the Prize, or any portion thereof, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court in Houston, Texas, as applicable, and such Entrant shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States District Court in Houston, Texas over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules; and (ii) in addition to the limitations in Section 7 of these Official Rules, any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees. Except where prohibited by law, all issues concerning the construction, validity and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor, shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Texas and federal laws applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law rules. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules.

10. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY: By entering in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant: (i) grants to the Sponsor the right to use their name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address (“Personal Information”) for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to contacting the Potential Winner and announcing the Prize Winner; (ii) grants to the Sponsor the right to use their Personal Information for administrative, publicity, and promotional purposes relating to the Sweepstakes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation unless prohibited by law; and (iii) acknowledges that the Sponsor may disclose their Personal Information to third-party agents and service providers of the Sponsor in connection with any of the activities listed in (i) and (ii) above. Each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor is granted the right to publish each Prize Winner’s name in a Winners List in accordance with Section 11 of these Official Rules. Sponsor will use the Entrant’s Personal Information only for identified purposes and protect the Entrant’s Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at: www.shell.us/privacy.

11. WINNERS LIST: For the name of the Prize Winners, send a separate self-addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope to: Shell Mobility 2026 “Fill Lucky” $100,000 Sweepstakes, Offer #O2915, P.O. Box 809004, Houston, TX 77280-9921. Requests must be received by December 1, 2026. Limit one (1) request per person and household.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform including but not limited to Facebook Inc.; Twitter, Inc.; Instagram, LLC; LinkedIn Corporation; and/or Snap, Inc.

14. TERMINATION, RECISSION, OR MODIFICATION: Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to terminate, rescind, or modify this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
