NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANGES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Sweepstakes starts at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on 6/29/2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on 8/28/2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Open only to legal and current residents of the 50 U.S. & D.C., who are at least 21 years of age at time of entry. Limit one (1) free entry per person, household, and address (email and physical) per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit of one (1) bonus entry per person, household and address (email and physical) per day with the purchase of 5 (five) gallons or more of fuel at any participating Shell location during the Sweepstakes Period. All entry submissions must be completed online at Shell.us/lucky by 11:59 PM CT on 8/28/2026. A maximum of one (1) “Grand Prize” and five (5) ”Regional Prizes” (collectively, the “Prizes”) will be awarded in connection with this sweepstakes for a total of six (6) “Prizes”. The “Grand Prize” consists of $100,000 cash that can be received via wire or check and has an Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $100,000. Each “Regional Prize” consists of $2,500 in Shell gift cards (physical or digital). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Regional Prize is $2,500. Total ARV of the Regional Prizes is $12,500. Total ARV of all Prizes is $112,500. All federal, state, and local taxes payable in respect of a Prize and any other applicable costs or fees not specifically referenced in the Official Rules of this sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the confirmed Prize Winners. No assignment or transfer of a Prize. “Regional Prizes” cannot be exchanged and redeemed for cash. Valid in the 50 US & DC only (excludes all US territories and possessions).
