Shell is very active in the communities in which we live and work, partnering with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to have a positive impact on diverse communities. Our Diversity Outreach Portfolio includes local, regional and national organizations to build the kind of strong relationships that foster real change for individuals and for communities. Our goals include cultivating economic growth in the business community, developing potential Shell employees, and building strong relationships with our various customer groups.
