Post-Tropical Storm Sandy Update #3

As a safety precaution, prior to the arrival of Hurricane Sandy, Shell suspended some activity in its Marcellus Shale operations in Pennsylvania. As of now, Shell has found no significant damage to its equipment or operations in the area. We will monitor the weather and assess next steps for continued safe operations, as the storm continues to pass.

The safety of our people and the surrounding community is of the utmost importance. Shell Appalachia offices in the northern portion of the state are closed today.
