Mississippi River - Update #2

Shell has seen no impacts to its operations in the Gulf of Mexico as a result of the Morganza Floodway and Bonnet Carre Spillway openings.  However, as a precautionary measure, Shell has taken steps to re-route all offshore flights out of its Amelia, LA heliport with partner PHI, Inc. to Lafayette, LA and our existing heliport at Boothville, LA. 

Additionally, Shell is preparing its Morgan City terminal for any potential flood impacts.  The safety of our employees and contractors remains our top priority and we will continue to monitor the situation.
