Shell Response to Colonial Pipeline Incident

Houston - We understand Colonial Pipeline is taking steps to resolve the issue impacting some fuel retailers across the Gulf Coast and East Coast. We are seeking alternative supply points, where possible, and are in close coordination with our Shell-branded wholesalers to tackle supply and logistical challenges as a result of this incident. We will continue to work with our wholesalers to minimize impacts to our customers. As always, our goal is to ensure a safe, reliable supply of high-quality Shell-branded gasoline in every market we serve.
