Discover and apply online
If you’ve previously applied for a role with Shell, you can go straight to your personal profile and submit another application for a new role. If you’ve not been in touch, please register and create a profile. You can then submit your application. You should get confirmation that we’ve received it within 48 hours.
Connect with us at interview
If your application is successful, in most instances we arrange for a phone interview to take place within two weeks. Let your curiosity shine, and ask us as many questions as you like about the role and what it’s like working at Shell.
Final Assessment
If your interview is successful, we will invite you for an assessment within a period of around three weeks. If necessary, we can arrange for a virtual interview. The interview will either be a professional interview or a presentation assessing your competencies. In some instances, it will include a scenario-based exercise. You will have the opportunity to ask us any further questions about things such as rewards and benefits. We’ll aim to notify you of the outcome within a few days.
Please note that all the timelines described above are average times for each step in the process. However, during periods of high applications, each step can take longer.
