The Shell Graduate Program

Embarking on a career in the Corporate Functions area of the Shell Graduate Program, you’ll help deliver the specialist advice that enables us to operate as a highly competitive global business. The program lasts for 3 years and consists of two 18-month job rotations. As an HR Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to be part of real projects that shape our Shell people strategies.

Human Resources

A career in Human Resources at Shell you could be involved in activities such as providing organizational support to manage change or defining and delivering development programs. You might lead projects in staff planning, compensation, and benchmarking, or possibly design and implementation of performance management systems. With opportunities in both generalist and specialist roles, as a member of our Human Resources team you will have the chance to explore opportunities in both generalist and specialist roles within different business areas.
