The purpose? To produce highly skilled graduates interested in pursuing careers in the plastics industry.\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EPenn College is using the funds to enhance and upgrade its existing plastics academic and research lab — now known as the Shell Polymers Rotational Molding Center of Excellence. Rogos estimates that for every one hour he spends in the classroom, he spends three hours in the lab\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003Eworking on machines.
