With the opening of its new polyethylene plant in Monaca, USA, right around the corner, Shell Polymers has been hiring a team of industry experts, aka Polymer Pioneers and Polymer Pros, who have a proven track record in polyethylene. In this Polymer Profile, Account Manager Vincent Kubeczka discusses his role and his vision of innovating the customer experience.
Vincent’s role is very customer-focused. Day to day, he typically meets and schedules discussions with customers to strengthen relationships by giving them and their businesses the proper attention.
“I also conduct market research and update the tools Shell Polymers has implemented,” Vincent adds.
Vincent believes in treating every customer the way that he would want to be treated. And he’s determined to put his efforts into being a valuable resource for customers.
“I’m very excited about the location of the plant. Being in Monaca is a great advantage for our customers, for Shell and for the people of Pennsylvania.”

Fishing is a passion of mine. I enjoy inshore, offshore, and freshwater fishing and have fished since I was very young.
Vincent says he’s been outdoors and on the water since he could walk.
Fun fact: Vincent is building a barndominium. He says it’s half-barn, half-condominium, and 100% awesome!
