With the opening of its new polyethylene plant in Monaca, Pennsylvania, Shell Polymers has been hiring a team of industry experts, aka Polymer Pioneers and Polymer Pros, who have a proven track record in polyethylene. In this Polymer Profile, Corporate Account Manager Paige Fielding discusses how he believes Shell Polymers will deliver an unrivaled customer experience.
Paige’s work focuses on Shell Polymers’ customers and ensuring their needs are met and their challenges are addressed.
“On a typical day, I might be scheduling meetings, arranging travel, discussing market dynamics with my strategic accounts and colleagues, managing strategic pricing, coaching colleagues, and updating forecasts and product needs.”
Paige delivers great customer experience by providing strategic information and data that help strategic customers. This data helps customers with their business planning by, for example, making the ordering and delivery process quick and efficient

Paige began playing golf with his dad while in school and has been hooked ever since.
Paige is also an avid skier, something that started with the small ski slope his home town boasted.
Fun fact: Paige worked as a weekend sports anchor for a local ABC affiliate in Ohio after graduating from college.
