“The Boys and Girls Clubs of Carson started when a group of volunteers who were passionate about providing a safe, positive place for kids to go every day. I think that the Boys and Girls Club really pays a lot of attention to is the social emotional wellness of kids and they learn really early on the importance of you know, that there’s a world bigger then themselves out there. It’s a community effort and there’s been so much, you know, love and sweat put into the organization and I would love to have more people come and volunteer because they’re going to walk away feeling really good about their time. I mean, listen to them! They’re just, they’re amazing!”
