Troubleshooting, technical working in teams to accomplish tasks.
What do you enjoy most about working for PSR?
Co-workers. The team that has been built in the I&E department is one of a kind.
How do you collaborate with other PSR colleagues (in different departments) for safe and successful refinery operation?
Maintenance works with almost all department in the refinery, most days we are coordinating with operations, the majority of our work is on live running equipment so it is essential that the communication between crafts/operators is clear and understood.
What advice would you share with kids considering a career in your field?
If you are ever uncomfortable or don’t know the process/equipment don’t be a afraid to ask for help.
