Stephanie Meadows joins Deer Park as Community Liaison

Stephanie Meadows joins the Deer Park External Relations team as a contract Community Liaison Officer for the Shell Deer Park Manufacturing Complex. 

As Community Liaison Officer, Stephanie will be Shell’s onsite focal working with the community to bring feedback about our operations into the site leadership team as well as provide our neighbors with information about what’s happening inside the plant. Additionally, she will be working with local non-profit organizations in the Deer Park, Pasadena and La Porte areas to learn more about and apply to Shell’s social investment grants and employee volunteering.

Stephanie brings her expertise in community relations, finance and marketing to this role. Prior to joining the Shell Deer Park team, she served as Operations Manager/HR Director at local Industrial company, Assistant Vice President for Texas First Bank in Deer Park and Pasadena, Banking Center Manager at Woodforest National Bank in Texas City and Collections Manager for Time Warner Cable. In her previous roles, she has been an active member in the Deer Park and Pasadena Chambers of Commerce and served on many different boards for local business development.

Born and raised in Deer Park and third generation to work at our facility, Stephanie following in her father Robert’s (Maintenance Control Systems Planner) and grandfather Ernie’s (Operating Assistant) footsteps. She’s breaking from tradition only slightly as her focus as Community Liaison will be to bring the outside in with community feedback, rather than ensure our safe operations and keeping the inside from getting out. Stephanie lives in Deer Park with her husband and daughter.
