Fueled by a shared passion for performance, Shell and the Seattle Seahawks celebrated the power and performance of Shell V-Power NiTRO+ Premium Gasoline through a series of exciting activations, this fall.

The festivities kicked off on a brisk Sunday morning at the Seahawks’ home opener where thousands of fans decked out in their finest Seahawks apparel participated in a Shell pop-up experience. The enthusiasm of the Seahawks’ renowned 12th Man didn’t fail to impress. While dozens of fans won exciting prizes and signed up for the Fuel Rewards® program, others participated in an immersive 360-degree virtual “fuel journey” experience that took them through the engine of a car; competed against friends in the mobile game “Unleashed,”; and got up close and personal with beautiful vintage vehicles courtesy of LeMay America’s Car Museum.

To continue the momentum following the home team’s victory and to celebrate Blue Fridays, a day in which Seattleites don their favorite Seahawks gear, Shell and the Seahawks hosted a series of flash fuel sales across Metro Seattle featuring retired players Marcus Trufant and Jordan Babineaux. Held on several Fridays in September and October, Shell rolled back fuel prices for one hour to just 23 cents and 27 cents per gallon – the jersey numbers of Trufant and Babineaux, respectively. While these Seahawks Legends snapped selfies with fans, helped fuel up consumers’ vehicles and signed fans’ door prizes including official Shell/Seahawks-branded rally towels, beloved mascot Blitz and two SeaGals added to the energy and cheered on participants of all ages during the experience.
