Shell funds a broad array of community outreach projects, particularly in areas where our employees work and live. These projects range from small, local neighborhood improvements, to large donations and fundraising events for regional non-profit organizations.
Employee and Retiree Volunteerism
Every year, more than 1,500 Shell employees, retirees and their family members contribute, on average, more than 40,000 hours for company-sponsored volunteer initiatives nationwide.

Shell Houston Open
The tournament has impacted about a million children over the years through activities of charity organizations that have received funds each year from the Shell Houston Open.
