What are your hours of business?

  • We are available to answer calls from 7:00am - 4:30pm (Central Standard Time).

What is needed for name changes?

  • An individual’s name changes due to marriage, divorce, etc: a copy of marriage certificate, divorce decree re-instating maiden name, copy of recorded document indicating name change.
  • Company or Corporation changes its name only: Certificate of Name change (verification of Tax ID to be used should be included).
  • Company or Corporation name changes due to merger: Certificate of Merger (verification of Tax ID to be used should be included).

How do I change my address?

Please send a signed letter with the following information:

  • Name
  • Owner Number
  • Social Security Number of Tax identification Number
  • Old Address
  • New Address
  • Phone Number

When are checks, ACH/Direct Deposit and Wires sent out?

Checks are sent out on the 19th of the month.
(When the 19th falls on a Saturday, checks are sent out on the previous business day. When the 19th falls on a Sunday, checks are sent out on the next business day).

Payments by ACH/Direct Deposit and Wire are sent out around the 20th of the month.
(When the 20th falls on a holiday, ACH and Wire payments are generally sent out on the previous business day).


I lost/destroyed or never received my check.  How can I get the amount reissued?

Please allow (10) business days to receive your check.
To report a lost, destroyed, or never received check, contact the Shell Trading Customer Service line at 1-800-992-8470 regarding stop payment and check reissue. Please have the following information available when calling:

  • Owner Name
  • Owner Number
  • Owner Address
  • Social Security Number of Tax identification Number
