Shell-branded credit card holders in FEMA declared disaster areas that have been impacted by the recent natural disasters may be eligible for account assistance from Citi Cards, the issuer and service provider of Shell credit cards.
Customers can identify themselves as impacted by contacting Citi Customer Service at the number on the back of their credit card.
