Use your Fry’s V.I.P Card to earn points every time you shop at Fry’s! Don’t have one? Just go to Fry’s and fill out an application.

Earn 100 points for every $100 in eligible grocery purchases when you shop at Fry’s.

Points earned in the current month are available for use through the end of the next month. For example, if you earn 300 points in a month, you save 10¢ per gallon on your next three visits, redeemable through the end of the following month. 1. BEFORE you insert your payment card, follow the screen prompts to initiate the Fry’s V.I.P Card fuel savings process.
2. Insert your Fry’s V.I.P Card, or manually enter your alternate ID or the number found on the back of your loyalty card or key fob.
3. Select your form of payment and fuel grade.
4. Save 10¢ per gallon up to 35 gallons of fuel per purchase.*

How does the program work?

Customers in the participating markets can save 10 cents/gallon instantly at the pump at participating Shell stations for every 100 fuel points they earn at Fry’s stores when they use their Fry’s V.I.P. Card.

How many gallons of gasoline per visit can customers use their Fuel Points on to redeem savings?

There is a maximum 35 gallon per visit to redeem the 10 cents per gallon rewards using your Fuel Points.

What steps will customers have to take to participate in this program?

To participate in the fuel rewards program, customers in the participating markets will need to use their active Fry’s V.I.P. Card, or apply for the rewards card which is free and available at any Fry’s store or online at http://www.frysfood.com - opens in new window. Fuel points must be used within a designated time period and shoppers can easily track their Fuel Points on their shopping receipt at Fry’s.

How do customers earn Fuel Points?

For every dollar spent in store, (after coupons and savings) you'll earn one point. For every 100 points you earn, you'll receive 10 cents off per gallon, up to a maximum of 35 gallons per fuel purchase.

Do customers have to spend $100 in one visit to Fry’s to earn the Fuel Points?

There's no need to spend $100 all at once. Customer Fuel Points add up on every visit to Fry’s when they use their Fry’s V.I.P. Card.

How do customers redeem their Fuel Points at Fry’s Fuel Centers and participating Shell stations?

Customers may redeem their Fuel Points at Fry’s Fuel Centers or participating Shell stations by swiping their Fry’s V.I.P. Card, manually entering their card number or by entering their alternate ID at the pump, which will initiate the fuel savings. The Fuel Points will be reflected on the pump as well as on the customer’s receipt.  

How do customers know how many Fuel Points they have earned?

Fuel Points will be reflected on the customers grocery receipt after every purchase using their Fry’s V.I.P. Card at participating Fry’s locations. 

How long do customers have to reach 100 Fuel Points and start redeeming the fuel savings? How long are the Fuel Points good for?

Grocery purchases can accumulate throughout the month and at the end of each month, the purchase accumulation level is reset for the following month. Fry’s issues Fuel Points on a monthly basis. All Fuel Points earned for the current month expire at the end of the following month. For example, if you earn 300 Fuel Points in March, you have until the end of April to use those March points. 

How will customers know which Fry’s stores and Shell stations are participating in the program?

All Fry’s stores in the launch markets are participating. For participating Shell stations, please visit www.shell.us/grocery. In addition, participating Shell stations will have signage indicating they are participating in the fuel rewards program.

Can a customer with a loyalty card from one of Kroger Co.’s other family of brands stores use it to participate in this program?

Yes.

Are there other ways to earn Fuel Points beyond using my loyalty card when I buy groceries?

Fuel Points can be earned by purchasing prescriptions or gift cards at Fry’s. Customers earn 50 Fuel Points for each filled eligible prescription and two Fuel Points for every dollar spent on third party gift cards from Fry’s in-store Gift Card Malls. Visit any Fry’s store for details. Fuel Points will be automatically added to Fry’s V.I.P. Card accounts and will be reflected on the customers’ grocery receipt after every purchase. 

Is there a limit as to how many Fuel Points a customer can earn?

No, there is no limit to the number of Fuel Points a customer can earn.

Can customers earn Fuel Points on purchases at Shell stations?

No. Fuel Points can only be earned through purchases at Fry’s with their Fry’s V.I.P. Card, or other stores within the Kroger family of stores.

What happens if a customer believes they have Fuel Points available, but they are not visible at the pump?

For questions related to Fuel Points, customers can call the Fry’s Customer Service telephone number at (317) 579-8100.  For questions related to Shell, customers can contact the Shell Customer Service at 1-888-GO-SHELL. 

Do customers have to register for this new program at Shell?

No, customers can use their existing Fry’s V.I.P. Card to receive their Fuel Points. If they do not have an active Fry’s V.I.P. Card, they can apply for one, which is free and available at any Fry’s store or online at http://www.frysfood.com - opens in new window.

Are all Shell sites participating in this program?

You can contact the Shell Customer Service at 1-888-GO-SHELL for a list of participating sites in your area, or visit www.shell.us/grocery for more information.

Why aren’t all Shell sites participating?

Shell-branded stations are owned and operated by third-party, independent wholesalers who are contractually allowed to display the Shell brand. The grocer rewards program is an opt-in program offered, but not required for the independent wholesalers to participate in.

Is Fry’s now selling Shell gasoline?

No. This relationship does not change the formula of the fuel available at either Fry’s Fuel Centers or Shell gas stations.
