As a member of the community, we have learned that being a good neighbor means different things to different people. We have also learned our ability to grow and prosper is directly related to the community's ability to grow and prosper. Efforts include the Norco Community Advisory Panel focusing specifically on issues related to the Norco Site, Partners in Education program with Norco Elementary K-3/4-6, Mimosa Park Elementary K-3, the Norco Community Adult Learning Center, Norco Community Fund and Norco Community Economic Development Foundation, to name a few.
The Fund is a $1 million endowment used for programs benefiting Norco and its residents.
The Foundation supports the future and economic development of Norco. It is managed by an independent project manager and its priorities were identified by an advisory committee made up of Norco residents.
The Partners in Education (PIE) Program is an opportunity for businesses and schools to work together to improve the overall quality of education in a community.
In demonstration of its continued commitment to the community, Norco made significant progress in developing a blueprint for a community park in Norco.
