Any cancellation submitted within thirty (30) days prior to the class date will result in full tuition charges.  To avoid late charges, a replacement may be sent in place of the cancelled student.  Enrollment is subject to terms and conditions according to existing training agreement between Shell E&P Company and nominating company.
