Urgent Notice for Shell-branded Credit Card Holders. Natural Disaster Assistance Procedures have been implemented by Citigroup for cardholders impacted by Hurricane Ike.

Shell-branded credit card holders impacted by recent severe tropical storm activity including Hurricane Ike can receive account assistance from Citi Cards, the issuer and service provider of Shell credit cards.

Customers can self-identify themselves as impacted by contacting Citi Customer Service at the number on the back of their credit card.
