Help for Shell credit card holders in recent Midwest floods.

Shell-branded credit card holders affected by the flooding in the Midwest are eligible for account assistance from Citi Cards, the issuer and service provider of Shell credit cards.

Customers can identify themselves as impacted by contacting Citi Customer Service at the number on the back of their credit card.
