The Shell Recruitment Day
As one of the routes into Shell, our Recruitment Days give us a chance to see you in action, assessing you across a variety of different work scenarios, observing how well you demonstrate the key competencies we're looking for.
Firstly, we want to learn a bit about you, and see what you've been up to recently. So you'll need to fill out an application form online, and enclose your current cv/resume. If we like what we read, you'll be invited for an interview.
This interview will allow us to get to know you more in terms of your personality and the way you communicate your ideas. It's also an opportunity to assess whether Shell best suits your career ambitions.
If you pass the first interview, you will be invited to the Shell Recruitment Day where you will participate in a range of activities including a group discussion and role playing, a case study analysis and presentation, and a general proposal and presentation.
Based upon your performance on the day, you will be selected to go through to a final interview with one of our HR Account Managers. If you impress at the final interview, you will be given a job offer with Shell.
