Selection Criteria and Process
Candidates for these "fast track" positions should be pursuing their MBA in a full-time program and have 5-10 years of full-time work experience between finishing their undergraduate degree and starting their MBA. Internships do not qualify as work experience. Part-time, online, or night MBA programs are not considered. Successful candidates will have the ability to take calculated risks for the betterment of an organization. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate a broad commercial mindset, strong leadership skills, and have analytical and implementation experience.

- Supply Chain / Logistics

- International exposure
There are two routes MBA graduates can take into Shell. An MBA Recruitment Day features case studies and presentations, and will help you to discover how you'll cope in different business scenarios while assessing your potential for leadership.
Alternatively, you might prefer to apply for an Internship. This will give you first-hand experience of Shell as an employer, and exposure to a range of real-life business projects.
Building valuable experience, skills and knowledge, you'll benefit from detailed feedback, get to see what the energy industry is like from the inside, and be fully assessed during your time with us.
