When joining our Sales organization, you’ll be on a winning team that sells world-class brands through direct and distributor channels. You’ll have responsibility of increasing the market penetration of Shell's portfolio of products in an assigned territory.

You could find yourself with challenging responsibilities that include:

  • Meeting sales, profitability and expense targets
  • Developing and growing direct customer sales and relationships
  • Seeking out and securing new potential customers
  • Developing and maintaining a regional distributor network
  • Maximizing Shell’s lubricants market penetration in the assigned territory
  • Managing the business relationship between Shell and our contracted customers in order to increase profitable sales of Shell portfolio of products
