Shell Eco-marathon Americas
Shell Eco-marathon Americas 2016 will take place in Detroit, Michigan, April 22-24, 2016.
If you are interested in participating as a student team in 2016, please register your interest here to make sure you receive updates as soon as they are available. Rules for 2016 will be available in July.
Shell Eco-marathon challenges student teams from around the world to design, build and test ultra energy-efficient vehicles. With annual events first in the Americas, then Europe and Asia, the winners are the teams that go the furthest using the least amount of energy. The events spark debate about the future of mobility and inspire young engineers to push the boundaries of fuel efficiency.

Dudley High School (Greensboro, North Carolina) who competed in the Shell Eco-marathon 2015 and follow them on their journey as they bring their super energy efficient vehicles to Detroit to compete in Shell Eco-marathon Americas.
