Enrolling in Direct Deposit and Accessing Paperless Statements

If your account is not set up for direct deposit (ACH or Wire Transfer), we will issue you checks in the mail. You can request direct deposit payments or remove direct deposit at any time. The following forms are required to set up your account for electronic payments:

Viewing Payment Information Online

You can log in to our mycrude website at https://mycrude.shell.com to view all of your past and present payment details from us, at any time. This can be helpful if you’re set up for direct deposit payments from us and want to view the details of those payments, or if you believe you’re missing a payment from us. If you don’t have a login for mycrude, or if you’re having trouble logging in or viewing the data, please go to the “Contact Us” tab to let us know so we can assist you.
