Our principles are based on our core values of honesty, integrity and respect for people and are part of everything we do. They apply to all of our business affairs and describe the behavior expected of every employee.

We have established a Global Helpline to allow employees and stakeholders to raise concerns and report instances of potential non-compliance with our values and principles.
