2009- Reduced Program 

• Reduction in program caused by 9th Circuit decision means  reduced work scope. 
• There will be a direct impact on jobs and development opportunities.
• Programs are going to be considerably limited this year.
• No requirement for Shell to participate in communication centers,  a reduced subsistence advisor program, almost no MMO’s on  vessels.
