Interview
Once you have successfully completed the online assessment you will be considered for an invitation to an interview depending on our current recruitment focus areas and business requirements.
Step 3: Interview
The interview will take place either face-to-face or over the telephone. We'll be assessing how you perform against our assessment criteria, including Capacity, Achievement and Relationship skills.
This is an opportunity for you to tell us more about your motivations for applying, your achievements, the challenges you've faced and how you've demonstrated the qualities we're looking for. You’ll also have the chance to ask us questions about Shell, our culture, work environment or other areas of interest to you.
